*IMPORTANT: The projections or other information generated by Envision regarding the likelihood of various investment outcomes are hypothetical in nature, do not reflect actual investment results and are not guarantees of future results. Results may vary with each use and over time.

Envision® methodology: Based on accepted statistical methods, the Envision tool uses a simulation model to test your Ideal, Acceptable and Recommended Investment Plans. The simulation model uses assumptions about inflation, financial market returns and the relationships among these variables. These assumptions were derived from analysis of historical data. Using Monte Carlo simulation, the Envision tool simulates 1,000 different potential outcomes over a lifetime of investing varying historical risk, return, and correlation amongst the assets. Some of these scenarios will assume strong financial market returns, similar to the best periods of history for investors. Others will be similar to the worst periods in investing history. Most scenarios will fall somewhere in between. Elements of the Envision presentations and simulation results are under license from Wealthcare Capital Management LLC.  ©2003-2020 Wealthcare Capital Management LLC. All Rights Reserved. Risk Analysis and Portfolio Testing Review (RAPTR)

At Moran Wealth Management, we are pleased to offer our clients complimentary access to Wells Fargo Advisors’ Risk Analysis and Portfolio Testing Review (RAPTR).  RAPTR is a service that provides detailed risk analysis and stress testing of client portfolios and is designed to assist you with your investment planning. The risk analysis and stress testing scenarios help you identify potential gaps in your portfolio construction that may not be revealed by other forms of analyses.  The service leverages powerful software that illustrates risks at the security, asset class and portfolio levels.  By using statistical methods, while taking into account your investment objectives, the RAPTR tool evaluates the proportionate risk that an asset class, sector or security represents in the portfolio.

RAPTR is meant to be used for educational purposes only. The projections or other information generated by Risk Analysis & Portfolio Testing Review regarding the likelihood of various investment outcomes are hypothetical in nature, do not reflect actual investment results and are not guarantees of future results. Results may vary with each use and over time.  You are encouraged to regularly review your account activity and holdings to help ensure you are positioned to meet your goals and consider new fundamental or market developments.

KEY FEATURES

Quantified Risks

Unlike other tools that work at the asset class level, RAPTR provides a detailed, position-level risk analysis that is aggravated to the asset class and portfolio levels. It can help identify which holding represents the most significant contributions of risk.

Stress Tests

“What if” shock analysis can help uncover vulnerabilities in the portfolio and help determine sensitivity to economic or market events. For clients, it can illustrate the hypothetical impact to a portfolio in certain market scenarios and confirm their comfort with the risks they’re taking.

Deep Analysis

The report contains additional metrics such as alpha, upside and downside capture ratios as well as hypothetical historical performance that can assist with portfolio construction.
